Yoga by Shilpa is very good.
The explanation of the postures and the procedure to do them is done well too.
It is in English.
Since it is a VCD, the quality is not that great.
May be that is because we are now used to watching everything in HD, Blue-ray etc.
However, that is not an obstacle for following the Yoga, though.
I would suggest buying the DVD version of this (hoping it would be better), instead.
One drawback I didn't expect is that we cannot save the video to our PC.
We will have to play it always from the CD. Implies, I cannot put the video on my Mobile or Tab which I was intending to do.
The CD is not that good. There a total 11 parts of the video, of which at least 3 are not playing.
However, the Yoga by Shilpa is only in one part and it doesn't have a problem. The rest of the parts are some promotional videos.
There's even one about Bipasha's exercising DVD.
Overall it's a good help to start with Yoga at home.
But I would suggest going for a DVD or other version for a better quality video.
Don't plan to save the video to your mobile devices as it cannot happen.

The VCD quality which i received is not up to the mark. It hangs up and here and there when you play it. You get to view some hazzy motions and patchy screens that keeps coming up on this VCD. Shilpa has shown so many yoga postures and its really good but it does not help if the CD hangs up in between. Request you to please improvise and recheck on the quality of the VCD before its delivered.

This CD is really good and daily we are practicing yoga at Home. This CD helps to do yoga as if a yoga teacher teaches us in front of us while doing yoga. Thanks
