This CD is really good and daily we are practicing yoga at Home. This CD helps to do yoga as if a yoga teacher teaches us in front of us while doing yoga. Thanks

Shilpa has shown so many yoga postures and its really good but it does not help if the CD hangs ...

The VCD quality which i received is not up to the mark. It hangs up and here and there when you play it. You get to view some hazzy motions and patchy screens that keeps coming up on this VCD. Shilpa has shown so many yoga postures and its really good but it does not help if the CD hangs up in between. Request you to please improvise and recheck on the quality of the VCD before its delivered.

Format: Video CDVerified Purchase
