Mr. McDowell is a former partner and currently is of-counsel with Potter Anderson & Corroon, LLP. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of East Side Charter School and Family Foundation Academy and is a director of Early College High School at Delaware State University.
Mr. McDowell earned a BA in History from Princeton University in 1967 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Law School of the University of Virginia in 1974.
