Perhaps I'm a fuddy-duddy, or perhaps I've adapted to shooting with what's at hand - but I'm quite content with the present camera situation.

The deal killer for me in your description would be no LCD - I chimp and I'm proud of it. When I'm facing a difficult scene - for example, with too much DR - I need to know what's properly exposed, what's in focus and what's not so I can apply exposure correction, gradient filters, manual focus, or whatever I need to do. It's like the Polaroid back of the modern age - invaluable immediate feedback, without the $2-5 per exposure penalty of real Polaroid.
