Why is this shot underexposed

I'm trying to figure out why a series of images I captured at an event last night came out under exposed. Lighting was poor, and very warm. Many were shot at 6400k, +1/3. DR is set to 100. Capture was raw. Here's a link to the actual raw file. And another image.

This sample was taken with an X-E2, 35mm at f/1.4
