Hall of Fame

Initiated in 1957, the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame has annually inducted individuals based on outstanding lacrosse achievement and/or contribution. The mission of the Lacrosse Hall of Fame is to honor men and women, past and present, who by their deeds as players, coaches, officials and/or contributors, and by the example of their lives, personify the great contribution of the sport of lacrosse to our way of life.

Annual Hall of Fame Timeline and Deadlines

To be eligible for consideration, all fully completed and signed Hall of Fame nomination forms must be received by December 15 at:

US Lacrosse
c/o Hall of Fame Nominations
113 West University Parkway
Baltimore, MD 21210-3300
410.366.6735 – fax

Note: All nomination forms received after the December 15 deadline will not be eligible for induction within the current year, but will be automatically considered for induction the following year. Questionnaires can be submitted at any time through the year.

If a candidate is not selected for inclusion on the ballot within the year of initial nomination, he/she will remain eligible for consideration in subsequent years. It is not necessary to resubmit a new nomination form annually, but submission of information regarding any new achievements, accolades or honors is highly recommended. All information will be reviewed annually and housed within the individuals’ nominee folder at the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame.
