Nader Mousavizadeh is Partner and Co-founder of Macro Advisory Partners. From 2010-2013, Nader was Chief Executive of Oxford Analytica, the global analysis and advisory firm.
Previously an investment banker at Goldman Sachs from 2004-2009, he worked in the Financial Institutions M&A group in New York, and was latterly based in Europe with a number of global client relationships. Before entering the private sector, he served at the United Nations, as a political officer in Bosnia-Herzegovina, and in the Executive Office of UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan from 1997-2003.
Elected a Global Leader for Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum, Nader is a widely published contributor to The Financial Times, The New York Times, and Foreign Policy, and is a foreign affairs columnist for Reuters. He is the co-author, with Kofi Annan, of Interventions: A Life in War and Peace. Nader graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College, and was a Rhodes Scholar at the University of Oxford where he received an M.Phil. in International Relations before obtaining an MBA from MIT as a Sloan Fellow at the Sloan School of Management. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Farm Africa.
