NanoNed has the secretariat of NanoNed at the headquarters of Technology Foundation STW. This office, which is also called the NanoNed Office relies on the experience of STW in managing large programs and valorisation.

The office takes care of all of the administrative and financial aspects of the program and supports the NanoNed board and advises researchers in the area of intellectual property rights. It is also the point of contact for the participating institutions, government ministries and other public organisations. Other activities of the NanoNed Office include organisation of the user committee meetings of the different flagships twice a year and to stimulate valorisation with help of different courses and to represent and promote NanoNed at various meetings.

The NanoNed Office is staffed by three Program Officers and two Management Assistants. It has the support of financial staff and the
legal council of STW.

The following STW staff are responsible for NanoNed:
