Police search Liberty Reservoir for missing Baltimore firefighter recruit

Police search reservoir for missing man

Baltimore County police were searching Liberty Reservoir again Thursday after finding a car there that belongs to a city firefighter recruit who has been reported missing. Rodney E. Goggins Jr., 20, of Randallstown last spoke to his mother about 9 p.m. Sunday, and he never arrived home after going to his girlfriend's house in East Baltimore. His 2000 Buick LeSabre was found at the reservoir near the Baltimore and Carroll county lines Wednesday evening.

But some say development could provide a needed boost.
