Billy might have taken a cue from the Michael Lohan Book of Fathering when he gave a revealing interview to GQ blaming Hannah Montana for all his family's problems and saying he gets scapegoated every time his daughter, Miley, gets caught in another scandal. Miley was not pleased, to say the least, and now Billy's scrambling to make things right, even risking the wrath of Barbara Walters by cancelling an appearance on The View, and telling People magazine that he's working on "mending" his family.
