Medway Council is pleased to present its 2010 annual report to tenants. The report has been produced in partnership with our customers to provide a full and honest reflection of our cost and performance information and assess how well the council is currently meeting the Tenants Service Authority (www.tenantservicesauthority.org) standards. We have acknowledged within the report the areas where we need to work with our tenants to develop and tailor our services to meet the needs of our customers.
