Medway Council's annual report to tenants and leaseholders
2011
Medway Council is pleased to present its 2011 annual report
to tenants and leaseholders. The report has been produced in
partnership with our customers to provide a full and honest
reflection of our cost and performance information and assess how
well the council is currently meeting the Tenants Service
Authority standards. We have acknowledged within the
report the areas where we need to work with our tenants
to develop and tailor our services to meet the needs of our
customers.
