Tuesday: The cold front it expected to be over the Eastern Cape and KZN while the upper trough is situated over the western interior, resulting in scattered thundershowers over the central interior, but more isolated in the east. Wednesday: The high ridging onto the Eastern Cape, resulting in some cooling over the southern interior. The upper trough will weaken and still be situated the western interior contributing to thundershowers in the east and central part Thursday: High pressure ridging over the north-eastern parts, bringing moist tropical air from the north, with the surface trough deepening in the west, scattered showers and thundershowers are expected over the central and eastern interior. Friday: Cold front is approaching the Western Cape, while the surface trough over the western interior deepens. High pressure continues to bring in tropical moisture from the north, resulting in scattered showers and thundershowers over Saturday: High pressure dominating in the upper air, whille a cold front still approaches the Western Cape. Scattered showers and thundershowers are expected over the central interior, spreading to the south-east coast. Sunday: The cold front will move over the south-west coast, with the surface trough over the central parts. This will result in light rain along the south-west coast and isolated showers and thundershowers over the central and south-east
