SIXTH SUMMIT HOST ANNOUNCED

“It seems that we have a consensus on the next host of the Summit. I would, therefore, like to congratulate Colombia on being selected as the host of the Sixth Summit. Like we in Trinidad and Tobago benefited from the systems and advice of previous holders of Summits, we in Trinidad and Tobago wish to make ourselves available to Colombia for any assistance that we can provide”.

Within the framework of the 39th OAS General Assembly the Summits of the Americas Secretariat distributed a CD compiling documents and information related to the activities undertaken in preparation for the Fifth Summit as well as all its final outcome documents.
