Ex. A seller’s house is worth $300K. But, he don’t wanna deal with all the paperwork/percentages blah blah blah. So instead he tells you he’ll take an offer for $250K and you (the broker/agent) can pocket the other $50K, instead of just receiving a percentage of the $250K (commission). That’s called net listing.
