moreThe author analyzes stages of digitalization and the emergence of new digital technologies, which represent a huge educational potential. The possibilities of digital technologies in the educational process of the university are also considered. The economic development in Uzbekistan presupposes an active position of the educational community in analyzing and developing new proposals in the context of digitalization of higher professional education. The situation is such that it is simply impossible for us not to use digital in order to keep up with further processes of informatization and digitalization in education. The article discusses the benefits and some challenging aspects that have impacted Uzbek Universities and Technical Institutes (HEIs of Uzbekistan) as they continue to educate students during the COVID-19 pandemic. This reflects the impact of unprecedented COVID-19 on the educational services of higher education institutions. There was suddenly an expectation that universities would adhere to COVID-19 prevention measures, including social distancing and hygiene. As a result, many universities have switched to remote transfer of knowledge and courses. This article encourages university leaders to embrace online teaching methods and digital learning systems that support universities to continue educational processes in the post-COVID-19 era. The author conclude that the digitalization of education is changing the content of the courses taught, as well as the flow of information, this is not only presentations or videos, but these are also direct connections to information networks, databases, forums. Much research has been done on this development, but it has been concentrated on system building, barriers/issues and international practices. The relationship between credit recognition system reforms and democratization of higher education has attracted little attention. This article will provide insight for understanding the ongoing development of credit recognition in Uzbek institutions, in the perspective of democratisation. It outlines the major institutional implications of credit recognition system development and illustrates what have been effected in Uzbek high education institutions in terms of democratisation. The author suggests that though democratisation is not pursued as an official policy, it is going on unnoticed, hand in hand with reforms to recognise credit for study in Uzbek higher education.

drying with heat storage material has a process time of approximately 8 hours, and drying without heat storage material takes 9 hours, and

Using the Lagrange equations and the variational principle of the hereditary theory of viscoelasticity, the equations of motion of the problem under consideration are derived. The generalized forces acting on the aircraft in the subsonic flight mode are determined according to the stationarity hypothesis. As a result, closed interconnected weakly singular integro-differential equations are obtained that describe the mathematical model of the problem with a finite number of degrees of freedom. General schemes for the numerical solution of these equations are outlined. As an example, the flexuraltorsional-aileron flutter of the transient process of a hereditarily deformable wing with a finite freedom number is considered.

moreThe problem of vibrations of thin, hereditarily deformable shell elements moving in a gas under the action of atmospheric turbulence is considered. The work aims to study the flutter phenomenon of aircraft elements in a gas flow under the action of loads caused by atmospheric turbulence. Assuming that the relationship between stresses and strains for the shell material is linear-hereditary, a thin shell is used, which obeys the Kirchhoff-Love hypothesis. The aerodynamic force is written according to the linearized piston theory. A system of nonlinear integro-differential equations in partial derivatives is obtained to describe nonlinear oscillations of a thin isotropic viscoelastic shell. The system of nonlinear integro-differential equations is solved numerically by the method proposed by F. Badalov, which is based on the Bubnov-Galerkin methods, finite differences, and power series. moreThe solution to the problem of the movement of an aircraft along the runway in a turbulent atmosphere is a complex and urgent problem. The complexity of the problem lies in the fact that, in the general case, the mathematical model of the problem is reduced to solving nonlinear differential equations, the right side of which is a random function caused by the presence of a turbulent atmosphere. To solve this problem, simplified models of the problem are used, and linear differential equations describe it. If the plane is an inherently deformable solid, then the problem is mathematically described with weakly singular integrodifferential equations with given initial conditions. The present work is devoted to the solution of such problems. In this paper, using the method of eliminating the features of integral and integrodifferential equations, an algorithm for the numerical solution of weight functions has been developed, which allows, in particular, to obtain numerical solutions to the problem when an airplane is considered an ideally elastic solid. Consequently, the algorithm and method of solving the proposed in this paper allow you to test the accuracy of the solution by comparing it with well-known solutions.

moreThis paper describes the analyses of the nonlinear vibrations and dynamic stability of an airfoil on hereditary-deformable suspensions. The model is based on two-degree-of-freedom structure in geometrically nonlinear statements. It provides justification for the choice of the weakly singular Abelian type kernel, with rheological parameters. To solve problems of viscoelastic system with weakly singular kernels of relaxation, a numerical method has been used, based on quadrature formulae. With a combination of the Galerkin and the presented method, problems of nonlinear vibrations and dynamic stability in viscoelastic two-degree-of-freedom structure have been solved. A comparison of the results obtained via this method is also presented. In all problems, the convergence of the Galerkin method has been investigated. The implications of material viscoelasticity on vibration and dynamic stability are presented graphically.

Linearization of such problems (both geometrically and physically, as well as aerodynamically) is performed solely in order to avoid mathematical difficulties associated with solving nonlinear integral and integro-differential equations. In this article, the aerodynamic profile of the ”hereditarily deformed” wing is considered in a steady flow of gas with different velocities and we investigate the parameters due to the dynamics of the process.
