Extra! Extra! Read All About It

🌳 Exciting news! 🌳 I’ve been hard at work revamping my Jenealogyscrapbook website, and I’m ready to share the latest updates with all of you! 🎉

My new tagline, “If You Love Your History, These People Will Keep You Company,” has been inspired by a recent quote I heard and truly represents what I do.

Over the past few days, I’ve completely transformed the website, introducing a brand-new menu that will make your browsing experience a breeze. 📚 Now, you can explore dropdown links dedicated to each family surname in my family tree, as well as access all the posts I’ve created in the past. It’s like stepping into a virtual time capsule, filled with rich stories waiting to be discovered! ⏳

To better understand the “family tree” and delve into the depths of our shared heritage, simply click on the menu link that resonates with your interest. 🌳 Whether you’re curious about My Paternal Family Tree, My Maternal Family Tree, or the MacKay Family Tree, prepare yourself for a treasure trove of tales and connections. And don’t forget to explore other links, such as my posts documenting our journey through the COVID-19 pandemic, an About section where you can get to know me better and what motivates me to do what I do, and the Blog featuring a collection of everything I have posted in the past.

If you encounter any issues or find something that’s not working as intended, please don’t hesitate to let me know. 🛠️

I hope you’ll find the revamped website easier to navigate and explore. 🗺️

  1. Jenny, this theme is awesome!
Everything is clearly laid out and easy to find. Love the new header and quote!

WordPress Templates can be tricky, but you have mastered this one!

    1. Thank you. I’m glad you like it. Yes, it’s a good theme which I was able to customise quite a bit. WordPress is not for the faint hearted but fortunately I’ve worked with it over the years so staying with what I know.🙂

    1. Thank you.
I used a free theme called Baskerville 2. I could use images but found most are too big and I’d need to redo them. Maybe going forward I’ll look at that.
I added the follow link last night and on the bottom is an email button as well. I’m not sure what the difference is.
I hope it’s easier to follow and find posts about specific families. Of course the search button is there too but what do you search for if you don’t know what you don’t know.

I hope you enjoyed reading my blog. I'd love to hear your comments.
