Gwen is my kind of woman, smart, loyal and determined. Atticus is the unexpected presence she didn't see coming. From their initial contact the chemistry is evident. Add in drama, duplicity, volatility and lots of emotion to this fast paced story, you have an entertaining read. There is a cliffhanger, which has me waiting impatiently to see what comes next.

I should've known this book would have a cliffhanger ending! Nana Malone does them so well. While their relationship starts with an arranged marriage, I love the dynamic between Atticus & Gwen. Atticus is an alpha male & I love how supportive he is of Gwen. Gwen is an independent woman & I love her strength. The two have so much chemistry! I was blindsided by the cliff hanger & am now chomping at the bit for the next part of the story. OMG, what an ending!
