I've had some issues with it. Not clearcut about returning ebooks. Some have to be manually returned, others just expire, but the system doesn't inform you which is required. Doesn't retain check out history. Too many helper apps needed to open ebooks. Some audio books won't even attempt to open or redirect to the needed helper app. One required helper app,Axis360, corrupted this app when trying to open an ebook and I had to uninstall and reinstall.Slow to open as well. Love my library, though.

Fairly new to using the library, working towards 1000 books before kindergarten with my son. I wish Duval participated in this program or used the Beanstack app (we've been using it to track books). I also wish the app allowed to create and add to a reading list so when I notice interesting books we can remember to come back to them. It seems there may be this feature on the website but the app is way more convenient...if only it allowed it.

Not very good. As another reviewer stated, this app asks for information that it has no business wanting. Some wording about a "beacon" comes up wanting access to location. Why is this necessary to renew my checkouts or search for a book... I signed up for the card so you know where I live. I physically come in about once a week... you can "follow" me that way. Lately (last 6 months), it takes too much time to open. What did you developers or site managers do to the app? Fix it please!
