Reedy added a comment to T359770: REL1_39 extension requires LBFactory::getReplicaDatabase, which isn't in MW 1.39.
When it's broken, attributable to a specific commit... It's easiest to just revert it. Especially when it's been sat a few months!

Oznogon renamed T359770: REL1_39 extension requires LBFactory::getReplicaDatabase, which isn't in MW 1.39 from 1.39 branch uses getReplicaDatabase, which isn't in MW 1.39 to REL1_39 extension requires LBFactory::getReplicaDatabase, which isn't in MW 1.39.

Change adding use of getReplicaDatabase made in commit 522636b... ("Editcount: Migrate to fluent style query"), cherry-picked from the master branch on 24 Jan 2024. The change set the new minimum version from 1.32 to 1.36.

First of all Fandom switched to newer MediaWiki version, and now they use vanilla EditCount version. Mismatch causes confusion and sometimes invalid links/templates. For example: https://wiedzmin.fandom.com/wiki/Szablon:Administracja/U%C5%BCytkownik?diff=182152

+1, on Wikia this was Licznik_edycji and the mismatch caused us some minor headaches when moving off it. We now use a fork of this extension, but I imagine other Polish wikis would appreciate this extra bit of compatibility.

01miki10 closed T263057: Special:Editcount transcluded with namespace parameter always shows mainspace edits as Invalid.
Ignore this, it seems that you need to use namespace name and not number, unlike {{#ec}} parser function from another edit count extension.
