Bernoulli's Raspberry Sorbet

Bernoulli Small Batch Ice Cream will deliver three
pints to your doorstep every month ($180 for a three-
month subscription). On Tuesdays from noon to 7
p.m., Bernoulli opens the lobby at its Jeffersontown
production kitchen for "freezer raids." Some folks bring
coolers and stock up. Sample of flavors: peppermint
vanilla, peanut butter chocolate pretzel, banana pudding
and pistachio cannoli.

Sample of flavors: lavender, Creamsicle, cucumber and
carrot cake. Oh, and as far as ice cream sandwiches go,
Arctic Scoop — which uses negative-320-degree liquid
nitrogen as a freezing agent — will put any flavor (vegan
too!) between cookies, brownies or waffles.

Oatmeal Apple Walnut
Store location planned
Louisville Cream sets up at the Flea Off Market and other
events (including Rye's Back Porch concert series this
summer), and you'll soon be able to find Louisville Cream
at Rainbow Blossom. Sample of flavors: smoked sea salt
vanilla, lemon poppy seed, salted chocolate Brie and
deep-fried cookies 'n' cream.
