Abstract

Besides labor, cost of E-Waste treatment depends to a large extent on the environmental standards used in the recycling operations and handling the leftovers from this process. In proper recycling, hazardous materials are separated, emissions are avoided, and the hazardous materials are either destroyed (e.g., thru incineration) or disposed in special waste sites.
