With all the iconic landmarks on the Las Vegas Strip, the Tower at The STRAT stands as one of the most recognizable. It’s the tallest freestanding observation tower in the country, coming in at more than 1,000 feet. The STRAT is also home to a plethora of things to do on-property—one doesn’t have to leave to find fabulous food, top gaming, tons of heart-pounding attractions and a great mix of entertainment. Here, we’ve picked three of our top spots.

1.  Chi Asian Kitchen

We love the design of this restaurant because it transports patrons right to the funky back alleys of China where the bustling streets are home to some of the best hole-in-the-wall eateries. The immersive CHI Asian Kitchen restaurant sets the scene for authentic and reimagined Chinese eats along with other Asian favorites. Signature dishes include the braised mushroom yee fu noodles, bulgogi fried rice, pork and shrimp spicy Szechuan dumplings, char siu BBQ pork and oxtail noodle soup. Don’t miss the red bean mochi, hand-rolled oolong tea and the sake and soju selections.

2.  108 Drinks

Visit the top of that freestanding observation tower and get your drink on at the highest bar in the city, 108 Drinks. You’d be hard-pressed to find another bar and lounge with the views you’ll soak in through the floor-to-ceiling windows. While one does have to purchase a Tower admission ticket to reach the bar on the 108th floor, you’ll find many specials throughout the week. Don’t miss Sky High Happy Hour from 3-7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, where you can enjoy two-for-one Tower admission and two-for-one wine, beer and cocktails. Beginning June 15, don’t miss the Bottomless Mimosas With a View Package every Saturday and Sunday. You’ll be able to enjoy as many of those bubbly, orangey cocktails while hanging inside or outside on the observation deck from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. for only $28.99 per person. And, we can’t stress enough that you don’t miss purchasing a bag of gourmet dessert popcorn—you’ll want to scale the tower for more!

3.  L.A. Comedy Club

Two UNLV students loved stand-up comedy so much they decided to open their own club at The STRAT, the L.A. Comedy Club. The intimate theater that seats 270 guests offers comedy nightly at 6, 8 and 10 p.m. This Sunday, June 9, don’t miss the club’s buy-one-get-one special. And what’s comedy without some liquor? L.A. Comedy Club offers a full bar and a lounge to hang at before each show starts. You can even take selfies in front of a fake stage and microphone that’ll fool your friends back home into thinking you tried your hand at some stand-up comedy while in Las Vegas! And check this out: For an additional $30 you can purchase the all-you-can-drink package. All this week, catch comedians Peter Berman and Brandon “Gooch” Hahn.
