Library Journal Review
In 1981, Hunn assumed ownership of a small FM radio station. As broadcasters are required to do, he kept careful records on the operations of the station and the countless legal and business details involved in such an undertaking. The result is a how-to text for the aspiring station owner/operator in the form of a narrative of his experiences. Along the way, he stops to explain the various forms and other documents the FCC requires. This may sound rather specialized, but it actually makes for good reading for anyone interested in broadcasting. Laced with anecdotes from the literature of FM, Hunn's story has considerable historical background. Donald J. Marion, Univ. of Minnesota Inst. of Technology Libs., Minneapolis (c) Copyright 2010.
