The earthquake in Turkey shocked the world. It all happened early in the morning, when the locals were still asleep. Houses after an underground impact fell in seconds. There are thousands of people under the ruins. Almost every hour, the country’s authorities report more and more dozens and hundreds of victims of the tragedy. As it turned out, close relatives of famous Turkish actors may be among them.
The actress Melisa Asli Pamuk broke the news a few hours ago that her loved ones were under the rubble. “My grandmother can’t walk, she’s sick… They’re stuck in the building with my aunt,” the Black Love star pleaded for help.
Later, the girl said that her loved ones were saved. “Both my grandmother and my aunt survived. Thank God. God help me…”-wrote the curvaceous brunette on her blog.
In turn, the interpreter of the role of Piril in the series “They knock on my door” Başak Gümülcinelioglu sounds the alarm, as she assumes that her mother is under the rubble after the earthquake. “Mom lives in the Hatay region… We have no news. If anyone has seen or heard, please let us know, ”she asks the red-haired beauty.
And the husband of actress Chagra Chitanak, who also played the main role in the series, asked the authorities for help, saying that her mother was under the rubble. According to him, the woman lived in a destroyed house.
Recall, a magnitude 7.8 earthquake in Turkey occurred early in the morning. Several cities were completely destroyed, multi-story buildings doubled as houses of cards. So far, more than 2,000 deaths have been reported. After the first earthquake, six larger aftershocks with a magnitude of more than 6 points were recorded.
President Erdogan addressed the people, calling the earthquake in the south-east of the country the biggest natural disaster for the republic since 1939. More than 9,000 rescuers and tens of thousands of volunteers are involved in search and rescue operations. However, there are more than five thousand collapsed buildings in the country – even if the tremors are not repeated, it will take several more days to count new victims of a nightmare earthquake…
