Just an FYI, you don't need to leave warnings on user talk pages after a 'level 4' warning made within the last month or so. Just report to AIV and revert any further edits without warning, it saves down on the clutter on user talk pages. In Europe list I changed the format of numbers according to ISO in population column. I'd like to align the figures to right. But since I am not able.
