:::Neither, but in the "Forced sterilization" section, since both of those are about alleged forced sterilization (some claims of which turn out not to be true, but are really cases of something like "enticed sterilization", though of course the motivation behind it is still eugenic). Have you actually read the article? You seem unaware of its basic structure yet are convinced that it is faulty.
