Robert Kovařík, known professionally as Robert Van Damme, is a Czech former ice hockey player, gay pornographic film actor, and pornographic film producer.
In 2014, Kovařík was sentenced by a Czech court to nine years in prison on charges arising from a series of armed robberies he committed in the country in 1999 and 2000. He was released from prison in 2023.
Biography
[edit]Kovařík was born in Czechoslovakia. In the 1990s, he was an ice hockey player for LHK Jestřábi Prostějov, and later played for Hokej Vyškov.
As Robert Van Damme, Kovařík became a popular gay-for-pay pornographic film actor and performed primarily as a "power top".
