Welcome to Files for Upload, part of WikiProject Articles for creation. This process was created to allow unregistered users to add new files to Wikipedia with the assistance of experienced Wikipedians. If you would like to upload an image yourself, you can create an account and after four days and 10 edits you will be autoconfirmed and able to upload files. However, please consider uploading free files over at the Wikimedia Commons (instructions for creating an account there can be found here).

New Portrait for Pennsylvania State Treasurer Stacy Garrity
[edit]Description: The current photo of PA's State Treasurer is outdated and shows her before she was elected in 2020, I believe it should be updated with the new one provided by the PA state government. I have a hard time navigating the websites, so I cannot find the license information, but being produced by the state and put on government websites should mean it is likely to be free to use.
