  1. ^ Velež Mostar play their home match at the Stadion Grbavica in Sarajevo, instead of their regular stadium, the Stadion Rođeni, in Mostar, which did not meet UEFA requirements.
  2. ^ a b c Due to the country's involvement in the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Belarusian teams are required to play their home matches at neutral venues and behind closed doors until further notice.[6]
