Maybe, but the article is also unsourced. If it had valid sources, I would merge it with something, but as it is? IDK.

Hm. True. You can certainly toss it in the AFD pile and see what happens. No harm if it results in a "keep." If you want to find a better opinion (not difficult, since the military isn't really my area), you could look through the histories of related pages to see who has a clue about Russian history or the military of that era more generally.
