Character descriptions
History
Gachapin joined Twitter in 2009,[1] and was at one point the most-followed Japanese Twitter account until he was surpassed by Masayoshi Son in 2011.[2]
From their first appearance in 1974 until 2014, Gachapin was voiced by Kuniko Amamiya and Mukku was voiced by Shigeharu Matsuda . Owing to the age of both actors, both roles were recast in April 2014 with actors whose identities have not been disclosed.[3]
