This was the second in the "Our Memories" series and wound up being the last with poor sales. Volume 2, just like volume 1, featured 10 tracks of 70's Elvis songs with stripped down tracks so that all that's left is just the rhythm section<ref>{{Cite web|last=|first=|date=|title=All Music|url=https://www.allmusic.com/album/our-memories-of-elvis-vol-2-mw0000848551|url-status=live|archive-url=|archive-date=|access-date=|website=}}</ref>. All the backup singers, strings and horns were removed to give the listener a glimpse of what it sounded like before all the overdubs. There was one single released from this album was I Got a Feelin' in My Body which faired well on the Billboard Country singles chart, peaking at #6<ref>{{Cite web|last=|first=|date=|title=Billboard Chart|url=https://www.billboard.com/music/Elvis-Presley/chart-history/CSI/song/362595|url-status=live|archive-url=|archive-date=|access-date=|website=}}</ref>.
