How to retrieve messages from several years ago if I indicated to never delete.

This was done on iPhone 14 Pro. Trying to retrieve with iPhone 15 Pro. Can only go back three months on one individual and can go back several years on other people. Need to remove the two level authentication due to getting different numbers on my iPhone 15 Pro and Mac Book Pro.
