My Apple Watch won’t turn on or charge
I’ve tried to push dial along with on switch on side it won’t do nothing

Start with Apple's advice in If your Apple Watch won't charge or it won't turn on - Apple Support and post back if you are still stuck. Note that the last option in the help document is to contact Apple's Support and Service team to get the hardware checked.
