Know Before You Go - Rocky Mountain Showdown

September 13, 2023 | Football, General

Colorado will host Colorado State this Saturday, September 16 at 8 p.m.  Note that gates for the CSU game will open at 6 p.m. and fans are encouraged to enter the stadium no later than the one hour mark before kickoff to avoid missing any pregame festivities, including Ralphie's Run and kickoff.

This is a very special week on campus as we are excited to welcome ESPN College Gameday to CU for the first time since 1996, at the Leeds Business School field, as well as Fox Big Noon Kickoff back at Farrand Field for the second week in a row. This is the first time we have hosted both college football pregame shows on the same day.

Please be reminded that beginning this season, there is no re-entry to Folsom Field. Once you enter the game, you cannot leave and come back inside the stadium. Also, Folsom Field has a clear bag policy in place. Please review the website for reminders on what bags are permitted in the stadium.

WHAT TO WEAR
—For this week, BUFFS WEAR BLACK! We will have three color themes this season: Sept. 16 - Buffs Wear Black, Sept. 30 - Buffs Wear White, Oct. 13 - Gold Rush.
