:::I moved the DRs to the top of the nomination, and it doesn't matter whether they're on the Flickr account or not; he explicitly acknowledges he was the owner of the Flickr account, we have positive proof he uploaded the images as Creative Commons, and his claim that "these photos were never meant to be seen" is easily disproven by the fact he actually advertises them on his website. ObiWolf Lesbian Images (4th nomination)

First failed deletion request, Second failed deletion request and Third failed Deletion Request

I emailed the owner of the source Flickr account about these three images. His reply:

Hi. I want to remove the three Lesbian Pictures. I uploaded the pictures to share only with the models. The models found the pictures on Commons and asked how this is possible. Because this pictures never should be public. It´s also not allowed to use the pictures with the shown license. So we would be very happy, if you could remove this pictures. Thank you.

Nominating for deletion (as opposed to just speedy) since as at least one of the images (ObiWolf Lesbians in Bed.jpg) is in use. Tabercil (talk) 12:46, 11 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

As I said, I emailed the Flickr account holder, who is the photographer - it is not some "random" IP anymore. The three images which were taken for Commons are no longer on the Flickr account, and the lone image which is on the photographer's website is not licensed under the CC. Said prior DRs are located here, here and here. Tabercil (talk) 22:35, 11 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I moved the DRs to the top of the nomination, and it doesn't matter whether they're on the Flickr account or not; he explicitly acknowledges he was the owner of the Flickr account, we have positive proof he uploaded the images as Creative Commons, and his claim that "these photos were never meant to be seen" is easily disproven by the fact he actually advertises them on his website. Licenses cannot be revoked, and it is extremely difficult to assume good-faith on a privacy concern of a guy who is hosting the same images on his own photography website while claiming they were "private photos never meant to be seen by anyone except the models".
