Join team members from Wilfrid Laurier University and Fairview Parkwood Communities (FPC) as they discuss their project that used technology, intentional community-university partnership building, and peer mentorship to develop meaningful relationships between students and older adults.

Funded by the Schlegel-UW Research Institute for Aging (RIA), the Virtual Village project supports inter-generational learning experiences and the use of technology to facilitate meaningful relationships between students and older adults through the sharing of skills, knowledge, and experiences.

Presented in partnership with Wilfrid Laurier University.
