Appeals to unconscious memories?
When one considers that Neanderthal man, the brutish, cannibalistic foe and competitor of European man, flourished as late as 30,000 years ago, this little work may not be as crazy as it seems to be. "Der Affenmensch" of Lanz-Liebenfels's "Theozoology" is not that far from the Neanderthal.
There is evidence of intermixture between Neanderthals and humans living in Europe more than 30,000 years ago. Probably as a result of Neanderthals capturing human females. (I think of the Fremiet sculpture "Geraubt!")
