Who will this impact?

All current UCAS applicants to King’s
Any applicants who previously submitted a UCAS application to King’s

This is due to the UCAS Results Embargo. We cannot communicate with any UCAS offer holder for whom we are receiving results during this period.

What will happen? During the UCAS Results Embargo period, you will not be able to login to King’s Apply, or send and receive messages from King’s. You will only be able to log in when the embargo is lifted at 08:00 on Thursday 15 August 2024.

Note: If you will be impacted by the embargo, need a Student visa to study in the UK and you have already received your CAS number because your offer is unconditional firm (accepted), please download your CAS PDF as soon as possible before the start of the UCAS embargo.

Applied via UCAS or DfE Apply?
Within 7 days of submitting your application on UCAS (undergraduate) or DfE Apply (PGCE Teacher Training), you will receive an email containing your login details to King's Apply. Your username will be the email address you used on UCAS or DfE Apply. If you do not receive this email after 7 working days, please click on to the Forgotten Your Password? screen.

Cannot login or having technical difficulties?

If you cannot remember your password, click on to the Forgotten Your Password? screen. Please contact us via email if you are experiencing technical issues logging in or cannot see your application on King's Apply.

The Admissions Office's standard working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm (UK).

We are not able to accept visitors in person and we are also unable to receive any documents by post.
