LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Another day of typical summer steam is in store with the potential for a isolated rain chances during our Saturday afternoon. Not everyone will see activity today but be ready for a few isolated chances as we head into the afternoon. Temps for our day today will range from upper 80s to low 90s, with many feeling even warmer thanks to some lingering humidity. There is a chance some areas will struggle with some low end fog that is present in the morning hours.

Sunday is the day our conditions are starting to switch up, we will see a cold front roll through later in the day - with some stronger storms just ahead of the frontal passage. There is a low-end severe risk for these storms with the main focus being some stronger wind gusts chances and locally heavy rainfall. Temps wont be able to tumble too much as another warm front from a separate system will keep us warm on our Monday.

Another cold front will fuel across some storms for our area in the middle of the week, with some more strong rain chances present on Wednesday. This frontal passage however will knock us down out of the upper 80s and low 90s and keep us cooler in the low end of the 80s.

Have a great Saturday! Stay Hydrated!
