Yahoo Pipes Founder Pasha Sadri, who we noted recently departed from Yahoo, has unveiled his new project, Polyvore. A sort of fashion collage site, it allows users to upload product photos from around the web and create outfits. The tool does very little that can't be done by Photoshop, but the vast majority of young women who aren't masters of Photoshop will likely find this enjoyable.

The site looks early in its development and it isn't clear how the company will monetize what currently falls under the heading of "neat app." As TechCrunch notes, Polyvore is similar to eBay's aquisition, Kaboodle, but while both allow users to play curator with online merchandise, Polyvore creations go beyond Kaboodle's lists to actually create InStyle-like fashion collages. Kaboodle, by contrast, has more of a social component. We're guessing Polyvore won't resist the siren call of the social network. It does, after all, have the uber-trendy Facebook app. How could Polyvore not heed the call of fashion?
