I am a graduate of the University of Arizona where I earned both my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in mental health and rehabilitation counseling. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor. My number one goal as a therapist is to provide my clients with a safe space to heal. Since beginning my journey as a therapist I have specialized in helping individuals of all ages navigate their mental health needs. I am here to help by providing the necessary coping skills to aid clients in moving past obstacles that may be holding them back.
For the past 5 years I have worked with populations of all ages, such as children, pre teen, teen and adults. I have experience in CBT, DBT, mindfulness based practices, trauma informed care, motivational interviewing, addiction, and family therapy. I utilize client centered approach’s to treatment to ensure that every client gets personalized treatment.
