Groups
16-20 year old transitional group
Then and Now will be offerings a young adult group addressing difficulties of transitioning into adulthood. This group will work on understanding mental health, communication skills, and developing coping skills. The group is open will be on Wednesdays from 5 to 6 PM, cost $25 weekly. Reach out to Then And Now integrated to confirm your slot for the week. Age range from 16 to 20 years old.
