    JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF INFORMED CONSENT

    We, Spouses Raymund P. Manzanares and Vivien A. Manzanares,


    married, Filipino, with residential address at Block 7, Lot 12 Verdant
    Heights, Multinational Village, Parañaque City, and Christine M. Pitiquen,
    married, Filipino, with residential address at 2445 Rizal Avenue, Brgy. 209,
    Tondo, Manila after having sworn to in accordance with law, voluntarily
    depose and say that:

    1. We have requested Mallares & Santos Law Firm (“MS Law”) to


    engage their legal services in relation to the Criminal Case Nos. R-
    MNL-20-04343-CR and R-MNL-20-03776-CR pending before RTC
    Branch 32 and MeTC Branch 19 both in the City of Manila.

    2. MS Law specially appeared on our behalf and filed Motions to Quash


    in the respectively courts for the purpose dismissing the said cases.

    3. In filing the Motions to Quash, MS Law explained that we could


    apply for bail for our cases, but we would be risking waiving our
    defenses stated in the said Motions to Quash.

    4. After explaining to us the consequences in full detail, we fully


    understood the said consequences and we have requested MS Law to
    continue our application for bail.

    5. In our request for the application for bail, we are waiving any right of
    action or claim for damages, present or future, against MS Law, its
    partners, associates, employees, affiliates, and their successors-in-
    interest, which may accrue by reason of our request for the application
    for bail.
    6. In doing so, we agree to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify MS
    Law, its partners, associates, employees, affiliates, and their
    successors-in-interest, for any and all obligations, liabilities, claims,
    cross-actions, third-party actions, actions in intervention, and causes
    of every kind, which may ever be asserted by myself, my children and
    heirs, or by anyone asserting claims by, through or under myself, my
    children and heirs, that arise out of, result from or are related to our
    request for application for bail and any damages arising therefrom.

    7. We are executing this Joint Affidavit of Informed Consent to attest to


    the truth of the above statements in connection with our request for
    application for bail in the above-mentioned cases.
