Elihu Root Jr., a prominent lawyer and son of the late statesman, died yesterday in New York Hospital after a month's illness. He was 86 years old and lived with his second wife, the former Nancy Root, a second cousin, at 25 Sutton Place South. View Full Article in Timesmachine »
