Just in time for Halloween , Starbucks has started selling its very first pitch black colour Frappuccino - called the Phantom.

But whilst it's dark on the outside, inside it tastes like a light and fruity extravaganza, crafted with coconut milk, mango essence, and of course, a ghoulish lime slime for spooky effect.

And it's good news for vegans too, as because the drink is made using coconut milk, it's also fully vegan friendly.

Launching this Saturday (26 October) in Starbucks stores all across the UK, the Phantom Frappuccino will only be available for six days, with the final day to pick up your order being Halloween itself, on the 31st October.

It sounds like it tastes better than it looks...

Prices start at £2.70 for a mini size, but do go above the usual fiver if you want something a bit more indulgent.

But Starbucks aren't the only ones getting involved in the spooky action, with Ocado also selling a chocolate cream pumpkin spice liqueur for £15, as well as a £7.50 Bloody Mary Mix.

If you'd rather stick to the food, as per usual, Marks & Spencer have gone all out with their Halloween range this year, launching a Meatloaf Mummy, Melting Mummy Pizza, Bubbling Cheese Cauldron , Hair-Raising Ribs and naturally, a creepy Colin the Caterpillar cake.
