Dirty river

THE Environment Agency is investigating after a woman reporting seeing raw sewage in the Thames in Henley.

Jessica Sinclair, who owns Massage for Everybody at The Red Lion Hotel, said she was “disturbed” by her sighting on Sunday afternoon as it was near Red Lion Lawn, which is popular with visitors.

Mrs Sinclair, of Valley Road, Henley, said: “The reason I noticed it to begin with is I’m a big fan of the river and conservation in general.”
