NOAA Fisheries has issued an incidental harassment authorization to Ag Processing Inc. to incidentally harass marine mammals during construction activities associated with the Terminal 4 Expansion and Redevelopment Project at the Port of Grays Harbor (Port) in both the City of Aberdeen and City of Hoquiam, Grays Harbor County, Washington.
