Data Facebook uses to show info about voting and elections

We use your location data to show you reminders about election-related information in your state or voting district. These reminders include information such as how and when to participate in an election.
You may be given the option to enter your street address and/or state to receive more specific information about voting. Entering your address is optional and isn’t displayed to other people on Facebook. If you choose not to provide your street address and/or state, you may still receive voting and election reminders based on your primary location.
The location information you provide may also be used in other Facebook features, including features about government, voting and elections.
